About Roller Garage Doors
Roller garage doors only, for homes across the UK. One company, one contract.
Roller Garage Doors supplies, fits, replaces and repairs domestic roller garage doors across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, part of the S&K Group, and your contract is always with that one company.
What do we do?
We work on roller garage doors for homes, and for private garage courts owned by landlords, residents' associations and management companies. That covers new insulated, electric, manual, steel and security-rated doors; replacing old roller and up-and-over doors; upgrades such as remotes, keypads, smart control and battery backup; and repairs and servicing for roller doors of any make where parts are available.
We do not fit sectional doors, industrial doors, shop shutters or window shutters. Keeping to one product means every survey and repair visit focuses on what matters for a roller door: headroom for the box, side room for the guides, the lintel, the floor and the power supply.
Who will I have a contract with?
Your quote, order and fitting are with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16932889), with its registered office at Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. Fitting may be carried out by approved subcontracted installers working under our supervision and our terms. Either way, you deal with one company and hold one contract.

How do we work?
- We publish guide prices, so you can see a range before anyone visits.
- New doors, replacements and conversions start with a free, no-obligation survey. Repairs, servicing and upgrades start with a visit price agreed before we come out.
- Every quote is in writing, with the price inc VAT, what is included and the payment stages.
- Fitting dates depend on the manufacturer's lead time and installer availability, and are confirmed in writing.
- Every powered door we fit is commissioned with force testing and handed over with its Declaration of Conformity and marking.
What we will not do
We will not invent reviews, show accreditations we do not hold, claim response times we cannot keep, or rush you with countdowns or "today only" prices. Reviews will appear on this site once real customers have left them.
