Roller garage door servicing in Magherafelt: questions
Do you repair roller doors you did not fit in Magherafelt?
Yes. We repair roller garage doors of any make in Magherafelt and across BT45, where parts are available. If a part is no longer made, we tell you what will fit instead, or price a replacement door if that is the better option.
Can I message you a photo of my garage in Magherafelt?
Yes. Photos of the opening, the inside of the garage above the door and any existing door help us give a more useful guide price for Magherafelt. Send them by WhatsApp or mention them in your enquiry, and we will reply in writing.
Do you cover Magherafelt?
Yes. Magherafelt is part of the area we cover in County Londonderry, including BT45. Get a guide price online, then we confirm a survey or visit date in writing. Dates depend on installer and engineer availability.
Do you charge more for Magherafelt than other towns in County Londonderry?
No. Guide prices are the same for Magherafelt as for anywhere else we cover in County Londonderry. The written quote reflects your opening and the door you choose, not your postcode, apart from islands and remote areas where any travel cost is shown in advance.
Do you service roller doors you didn't fit?
Yes. We service electric and manual roller garage doors of any make, whoever fitted them. Tell us whether the door is electric or manual and the make if you know it, and we'll confirm the service price before anyone comes out. We don't service sectional or up-and-over doors.
Does a service affect my warranty?
The manufacturer's warranty terms for your door and motor set out what's required, and some ask for regular maintenance. Check the terms supplied with your door, or in your quote if we fitted it. Keeping a record of each service, including the date and what was done, is sensible whatever the terms say.
