The surveyor measures at several points, checks the floor level and works to the figures the door must fit. Small differences from your own measurements are normal, and the written quote is based on the survey.

Can I order a made-to-measure door without a survey?

We don't order doors from customer measurements alone. The door is built to sizes taken at our free survey, where we also check the lintel, headroom, floor and power. That way, if the door doesn't fit, getting the sizes right is our job, not yours. Your own measurements are still useful for the online guide price before the survey.
