Every powered door we fit is commissioned with force testing to BS EN 12453 and handed over with a Declaration of Conformity and CE marking, which is the marking that applies to machinery placed on the market in Northern Ireland.

Electrics

An electric door needs a power supply near the roller box. Part P does not apply in Northern Ireland, but electrical work must still meet BS 7671 and be carried out by a qualified electrician.

If you'd rather not risk buying the wrong one, tell us the make of your control box and we'll supply matched handsets and pair them during the visit.
